Online coaching means that you are not tied to a physical location, you do not have to coordinate an agenda with a trainer to be able to train, but that you do have the advantage of a professional who guides and motivates you. Online coaching is for everyone, young and old, experienced or beginner, training for general fitness, photoshoot or other specific goal.
My online fitness coaching is based on the Menno Henselmans Personal Trainer education. This means broad, very personal coaching in the field of training, nutrition, lifestyle and mindset.
Training
You will receive a personal training plan that is tailored to your level, resilience, goals and agenda. This plan is updated weekly. In addition, there is the possibility to have technique videos analyzed.
Power supply
You will receive clear guidelines for calories and macronutrients. We work with a calorie tracker where I can look with you in your food diary (My Fitness Pal). You are not obliged to keep a rigid menu but can remain flexible and make your own choices.
Lifestyle & Mindset
Online fitness coaching is more than just training and nutrition! Lifestyle factors are often underestimated but oh so important for achieving your goals. That's why I also coach you on changing ingrained negative patterns, sleep optimization, stress reduction and relaxation. In addition, I will teach you how to enjoy everything and achieve results.

★ Minimum coaching period 16 weeks
★ From 16 weeks (4 blocks of 4 weeks) can be cancelled every 4 weeks
