What is healthy food? We hear and read about this daily via (social) media. The latest diet hypes, the sense and nonsense of superfoods, whether or not to eat bread, intolerances to gluten or lactose, veganism, hidden sugars and fast carbohydrates, sustainable or organic food, etc. However, all that information about nutrition and often contradictory nutritional advice mainly causes a lot of confusion, which still leads to wrong choices being made.

When it comes to health and healthy food, I am an advocate of as much natural, pure and unprocessed food as possible, without artificial additives such as flavour enhancers, colourings and processed sugars. You will therefore see this reflected in all my advice. However, in this fattening world, choosing and buying 'natural, pure and unprocessed food' is quite complicated. It is made very difficult for the consumer to choose natural products. In the supermarket, the shelves are full of tempting products, often with a health logo or with claims on the label or misleading photos on the packaging, which makes people think they are buying healthy products. And, outside, there is a quick unhealthy snack for sale on every street corner.


A well-tuned diet is the basis for achieving your results, whether you want to lose weight, build muscle mass, improve your sports performance or work on your dream physique, nutrition is the key to your success. With my knowledge and experience as an orthomolecular therapist and (sports) nutritionist, I provide you with no-nonsense tips & tricks and help you make the right choices to be able to integrate a healthy diet sustainably into your life.

In my advice and coaching I use the 80/20 principle: 80% of your food consists of wholesome, healthy products and a maximum of 20% of products that you like and that make you happy. After all, life should remain fun and it should be a diet that can be applied sustainably in your daily life.

For many people, losing weight is not that difficult at first. Everyone knows more or less what you should or should not eat to lose weight. But what works for one person, does not necessarily work for another. Every body reacts differently and everyone has different habits. This is where I can help you: find out what works for you and find the balance!

It is difficult to maintain a change in your eating habits. In order to reach and maintain your ideal and healthy weight, I want to guide you as intensively as possible. Through my coaching, online and offline, I help you integrate behavioral changes into your daily life so that you too will succeed in not only reaching your desired weight, but especially in maintaining your weight!

Together we will discover your pitfalls and we will look for the way that works for you. You will gain insight into your diet and eating behavior. We will discover which foods you do well on and which foods you should better avoid. As mentioned, no body is the same. Every body reacts differently to food.

As your coach, I try to guide you as best as possible and be a stick behind the door to make your new lifestyle a success in practice! With my extensive experience, I have already helped many people towards the best version of themselves.
