WALKING FASTING

Walking is the most natural form of endurance training for humans. Our distant ancestors were 'Hunter-Gatherer' and during both hunting and gathering the basis was walking. The muscle fiber type that is mainly used in walking has the potential for great endurance and can quickly switch to fat burning.

The transformation that one goes through during the 10-day Walking Fasting Cure is noticeable both physically and mentally. Daily brisk walking, preferably outdoors in nature, yields many benefits: you lose weight, get more focus and energy and your overall health will improve.

WHO IS WALKING FASTING SUITABLE FOR?

★ Walking fasting is for anyone who is physically able to walk for at least 60 minutes and who can take major dietary adjustments into account.

★ Walking fasting is aimed at influencing the metabolism so that a sustainable switch from sugar to fat burning is achieved.

★ Walking fasting is particularly suitable for people who are not allowed or able to run, women in menopause (hormonal imbalance), less 'sporty' people.

HOW DOES IT WORK AND WHAT RESULTS CAN YOU EXPECT?

★ Walking fasting is a 10-day cure where you walk briskly for at least 1 hour every day. Preferably outside, but the treadmill is also an option.

★ Just like with Sports Fasting, you will receive a complete 10-day nutritional plan, in which you will reduce your diet for 3 days, then do a 3-day juice fast and then build up your diet in a controlled manner for 4 days. You will also receive all the necessary supplements.

★ You will have more energy and focus, lose weight, especially belly fat and your fitness will improve!

★ For lasting good results, it is important that you continue to eat healthily and continue to walk and/or exercise regularly after the treatment.

Personal Walking Fasting Nutrition and Training Protocol

★ 10-day supplement package to prevent vitamin, mineral and amino acid deficiencies

Personal guidance throughout the treatment by telephone, WhatsApp or email

★ Evaluation and advice at the end of the treatment (20-30 minutes) with final measurement

★ Coaching session including measurement 30 and 60 days after the treatment
